COMMUNAL VIOLENCE BILL- NEXT STEP TO DIFFERENTIATE NATION

''Communal Violence Bill'' was drafted by National Advisiory Council of Indian National Congress for support to minorities(specially muslims and christians),but the bill is ill drafted and poor concerned with majorities as none of the provisions in the bill support secularism at all,those provisions are made just to initiate vote bank politics and spread hate amongst different religious groups of India.

Provisions in the bill state that 'communal riots are always started by majorities as they are violent type of people and minorities are always who suffer', but as we can see recent riots were started by minorities and majorities were those who suffered the most,no strict actions were taken by so called secular govts. to control minorities. 

Another provision says that 'in case of such communal riots no case will be lodged against minorities and just its  opposite severe cases will be lodged against majorities either he/she has committed crime or not and after further investigations decisions will be taken'.

Next states that if minority women is harrassed in communal riots then harsh steps will be taken against majorities and even in case majority women is raped or someone is killed then no action will be taken against minorities,after riots all the compensations will be given to minorities and there is no any type of such provision for majorities.

All these provisions clearly say that Hindus wiil have to suffer in any situations if a communal riot is started anyhow because we have seen riots in our country occur between Hindus and Muslims only. The bill is  drafted by such a committe which contains 60% members as muslims. 

For this bill none of state govts. were involved for any type of advice or suggestions,one of the provisions says that 'in case of  communal riots central govt. can fully interfare and dismiss state govt. for even a small start of riot'. It means that if 200-300 paid muslims/hindu start a riot then centre will interrupt state govt. and dismiss it.And the most important thing is Jammu & Kashmir has been put aside of this bill because muslims are majorities there and they are vote bank of congress. Again congress is playing dirty politics..

All these provisions in the bill  are really hatred and disasterous as it will lead to terrorism in India,we know that all terrorists involved in terrorism are muslim people may be they are from other  side of border or in the same country. This bill will give a golden chance to terrorists to attack India and destroy all religions except muslim and christians own because this bill support their  religion in any case of riots. Due to this bill Hindu dominating country India will either loose Hindu as religion or will again divide into two parts between Hindus and Muslims,when the situations will get tensed day by day,this tensed situation will create home war type of situation and other countries will make benefits out of this.

None of the provisions in the bill are under limit of IPC ,this dirty politics of Communal Violence Bill of congress had been opposed by ''Bhartiya Janta Party'' previously and now also it is being opposed in parliament by the same,if we don't get concerned about this bill and oppose it then we have to loose everything we have including us as a result of this bill.This bill is a trick to give  Kashmir and other parts of India to our neighour muslim nation Pakistan and others ..
